Adding the App

First Time connecting a Zoom Account

  1. Click on the Workshop Module of your event where you want to use Zoom Workshop Rooms
  2. Scroll to the bottom and click on “Connect Zoom”
  3. Click on Connect new Zoom Account
  4. A popup window opens. You may have to log in to your Zoom account
  5. You will be redirected back to the Streavent CMS

Reusing already connected Zoom Accounts of your Team

  1. Click on the Workshop Module of your event where you want to use Zoom Workshop Rooms
  2. Scroll to the bottom and click on “Connect Zoom”
  3. Select a Zoom Account from the dropdown menu
  4. Click on Connect Existing Account

Usage

  1. Click on the Workshop Module of your event where you want to use Zoom Workshop Rooms
  2. Click on “Workshop-Räume” bearbeiten
  3. Click on “Neuen Raum hinzufügen” or select an existing Room by clicking “Raum bearbeiten”
  4. Click on “Erweiterte Einstellungen
  5. Select Zoom as an “Videokonferenz Tool”
